Adrenalin
As a career, I wanted to combine my two loves - the excitement of events and the fulfillment of helping others. Adrenalin is a simple idea: that events and the creative industry can be harnessed for good.
We hire other social enterprises for our events and we also hire people with special needs within team Adrenalin.
When you see the beneficies that we hire grow in their skills up to a market standard. For example, one of our past designers, who uses a wheel chair, built his portfolio with Adrenalin and has now grown enough to start his own design business.
Building a social enterprise is not a bed of roses. Working with persons with special needs does require more patience, guidance and training. On top of that, we have to consistently maintain profitability and the quality of our services.
We hope we will be both a social enterprise leader as well as a leader in our industry. This would mean that it is indeed possible to do good and do well at the same time.
