GOLDEN GROOVES is specially designed for our Senior Population to drum, explore wellness and have fun! A rhythm and wellness programme to awaken inner rhythm, learn techniques in drumming and coordination, musical creativity and reduce burnout. Discover the use of rhythm, explore breathing techniques, stretch and become energised in group drumming.

By the end of the programme, learners will be able to:
- Describe the different types of Percussions.
- Play different World Percussions from Africa, Brazil, Middle Eastern.
- Drum in a synchronised group setting.
- Relax and feel energised.

Limited to 10 pax per session.

All levels are welcome. Drums are provided.
