raiSE Masterclasses provide our social enterprises with opportunities for practical and hands-on learning. We collaborate with partners to develop capabilities for social enterprises to scale their business as well as social impact.

Finding Opportunities and Strategizing in the New Normal
A raiSE Singapore x EY Masterclass Series
The COVID-19 pandemic has had an immense impact on the global economy, forcing many businesses into closing or scaling back their operations. Even so, some businesses remain agile, seizing the moment to emerge stronger during and after the crisis.
This two-part series will discuss strategies and appropriate measures for business survivability and sustainability. Beyond building your resilience to help you stay afloat, it also provides you with the creative tools to transform your current business challenges into opportunities for development. These opportunities could come in the form of new product or service offerings, new markets/customer groups, new sales channels, and even new ways of engaging with stakeholders while still maintaining and delivering social impact.
At the end of the session, raiSE will also provide an overview of raiSE Triage, a self-assessment toolkit co-developed with RSM Singapore, to help you develop an action plan to address your immediate challenges.

How can design be used to innovate and transform your business?
This masterclass takes a deep dive into the design thinking mindset through hands-on practices. Discover the strategic nature of design and understand its value in your business. Learn to harness this value by finding the sweet spot of design: designs that are desirable, feasible and viable. The masterclass will also build capacity for understanding customer purchasing behaviour to customize your service offerings and pick up practical tools to apply to your business.

Learn to establish a mindset for organisational problem identification and strategic thinking, develop a robust growth blueprint and enhance your leadership skills to effectively empower teams. The masterclass will introduce analytical tools, frameworks and exercises while working closely with your social mission to help you maximise your social impact.

Sales Masterclass (2019)
The Science of Selling through
Emotional Connection & Power of Story
Successful social entrepreneurs know that great ideas and passion alone will not ‘move’ enough products or services in the quantities or speed to make a significant impact to the causes and people we set out to serve. This masterclass is designed by the Mike Bosworth Leadership team to help Social Enterprises gain breakthrough sales results by mastering the skills of creating Trust and Emotional Connection in conversations with customers, using the Power of Story and Connected Listening to facilitate the Buying Process.
In this DO-TO-LEARN intensive and fun program, you are individually coached through six customised exercises to practise the power of Story (Build, Tell and Listen) as used in your own business' sales conversation scenarios. Sales managers can use these skills to coach and improve forecast accuracy based on the Proof of Trust earned and documented from the conversations.
