Originally stemmed from the stand point of the caregiver of “What’ s Next”after graduating out of school for special needs youth. We wanted to come in to provide a place where they are inspired to learn a basic skill, experience what is a working routine and environment like before full integration into workforce. We believe every person is abled and creatively unique, there is always a place for contribution.
We are removing the walls of traditional mall retail and moved entirely to online-to-offline experience concept. We felt this enables us to best tackle what we envision our future nature of business of this era is, that is a swift shift in paradigm where online platform is the primary channel to go for consumer based products even for F&B.
When beneficiaries show that they are grateful and is motivated and encouraged of their future and contribution.
Key challenges faced are while trying to fulfil the goals and mission of the social enterprise and be self-sustainable in the intensely fierce market condition of F&B industry.
My dream is to provide a place where beneficiaries can feel home-coming, comfortable and safe as we aim to remove the social isolation they faced while acquiring a skill before fully integrating themselves into the full-fledge workplace of their future.
