1. To provide affordable manual wheelchair rental service - 30% lower than market rate
2. To provide high quality manual wheelchair repair & maintenance service - 20% lower than market rate
3. To provide high standard, clean, refurbished wheelchair - 50%-75% lower than RSP of a brand new equipment.
