An introduction to the world of coffee. What is specialty coffee? How does it get from trees (yes, trees!) into your cup? You’ll find out when we walk you through this fascinating process. We then move onto coffee trends and developments, including topics such as global competitions, career pathways, and the inevitable question: Is specialty coffee really better than kopi-o?

• Virtual Brew Demo
Watch and learn as our trainer demonstrates hand-brew methods ranging from simple to complex preparations (French Press, V60, Syphon) as part of an introduction to coffee flavours.

• Coffee Mixology
Specialty drinks aren't reserved for specialty cafes. Bring home iced summer favourites when your team receives cold brew matcha and chocolate kits that we'll brew together online to make delicious cold dirty matchas or cold mochas.

• Coffee Facial
Coffee grounds need not go to waste!
Use them to make natural facial masks with a handful of other household ingredients that help to clear away dead skin cells, exfoliate, and brighten your skin with natural caffeine.

The price includes delivery of the coffee mixology kit (valued at $40). Items will be delivered to participants prior to the session.

Workshop will be conducted over Zoom. Once the registration is confirmed, participants will receive a confirmation email from Peatix with access to your e-ticket. You will be able to access the workshop via Peatix Mobile app or website by clicking "Join Event" on your e-ticket.
