About Ark Grit

Ark Grit is a social enterprise gym that increases accessibility to fitness with 24/7 operations and no lock-in contracts. Our membership is priced attractively at less than half the average gym membership, effectively providing fitness facilities to a large segment of the mass market to improve overall health outcomes. Ark Grit also actively seeks to provide employment opportunities to further our social impact. Staff members include those who were previously low-income, chronically unemployed, former offenders and/or single parents. Resources are set aside specifically to maximise these individuals' chances of long-term success.
