About Connect Centre
We are a Contact/Call Centre for our clients and as a result, we provides employment opportunities for ex-offenders. We also have a call centre cluster set up inside Changi Prison with inmates engaged as call agents. More than 85% of our workforce are ex-offenders and many had stayed with us for many years.
