About Mindful Space

A holistic and inclusive space for families, parents, and children to explore their soft skills and character development through movement, nature, sensory play, and play. The physical space and platform have expanded to provide practitioners and/or engage the community with various well-being activities such as yoga for domestic helpers, pregnancy loss circle, and grief sharing.
