Safe Water Gardens (?SWG?) is a Singapore-headquartered initiative.Our aim: Provide Safe Water & Sanitation for every (sub) tropical village family for under SG$500 per family, by 2030? Created in a public-private partnership, the Safe Water Garden (SWG) was certified as a safe sanitation system by the Indonesian government in 2019, making it officially the world?s cheapest sanitation system?? Invited to exhibit at the 2023 UN Water Conference in New York as one of only six ?examples of a scalable WASH innovation ?? Named as one of the winners of Temasek Trust?s SL 25 award honoring Steward Leadership Excellence in the Asia-Pacific ?? Featured as one of 70+ solutions from 40+ countries to speed up and scale impact on Co-Axis.

Model Village Program

We offer MNCs and provincial governments the opportunity to become a global UN SDG6 leader by:Adopting an MVP (Model Village Program), which is a regional WASH (Water, sanitation, Hygiene) knowledge center that can roll out safe water and sanitation for under $500 per family; and in doing so:Earn Water Credits (VWB) and map a path to become water-positive well before 2030 Sponsor a prime sustainability project that full-on addresses 14 of the 17 UN SDGsEngage in a world-class WASH and women empowerment project
