Social Innovation & Care Systems Advisory
SG Assist provides social innovation, caregiving systems, and CSR advisory services to Social Service Agencies, healthcare partners, and corporates. We support organisations to design, articulate, and operationalise sustainable caregiving, ageing, and community support models that align with national policies, funder expectations, and community realities. This includes programme design, workforce and role design, CSR and ESG strategy, pilot development, applied research, and implementation support.
Training Academy & Care Capability Building
SG Assist operates as a training academy and capability-building partner for seniors, caregivers, volunteers, and social service professionals. We design and deliver senior-friendly and caregiver-centric training programmes covering caregiving fundamentals, care navigation, Advance Care Planning, Lasting Power of Attorney literacy, and gerontechnology adoption. Our training supports national initiatives such as the AIC National Silver Academy and SkillFuture that equips learners for real-world caregiving, community, and support roles.
CareConnect – Human-Centred Care Operations & Call Centre
CareConnect is SG Assist’s human-centred care operations and call centre service. During COVID-19, CareConnect was one of the few community-focused call centres supporting seniors and underserved communities to navigate testing, vaccination, and care access, with contact details distributed at vaccination centres. Post-COVID, CareConnect provides tele-support, care navigation, emergency response coordination, and human-in-the-loop operations for fall detection, emergency response, and telemedicine providers, supporting seniors to age safely in place.
