About The Caffeine Experience
The Caffeine Experience is a local SME with an idea developed in Changi Prison back in 2016 that ex-offenders are able to restart, if given a chance. We have since been operating & serving as a social enterprise providing jobs and training for ex-offenders as they transition from prison back into their lives. Over the course of these 8 years, we have walked together with more than 60 ex-offenders and witnessed successful turn-around which motivated us to keep walking till today. We create a platform where ex-offenders can live their lives while working in our cafe and learning new skills. This platform is not created by us alone. It is a result of many generous and able organisations.
