About TOTAL WELLNESS INITIATIVE SINGAPORE
Total Wellness Initiative Singapore (TWIS) is a social enterprise founded on the belief that wellness should be accessible, practical, and woven into everyday life. Since 2021, we have partnered with schools, companies, government agencies, and community organisations to create a culture where caring for ourselves and each other becomes second nature. Using a 10 Dimensions of Wellness approach, we design evidence-based programs that help people build sustainable wellness habits. Our flagship initiatives include REST for WEllness, a mental health literacy program co-developed with the Institute of Mental Health, STRIVE for WEllness, a program where we support critical life transitions from school to work, and Design for WEllness, which transforms public spaces into wellness checkpoints through community art. To date, we have reached 14,415 participants across 34 schools and 70 partners. We mobilised over 283 volunteers and created over 650 wellness content pieces.
