Artisanal cakes

Ugly Cake Shop does not believe in using artificial colouring, artificial flavours, fondant (too sugary) or gum paste. We only use high quality ingredients (i.e. French cocoa, good butter, etc) and all-natural flavour (extracted from fresh fruit and other sources) in our baked goods! No grainy frostings here! We prefer beautifully balanced cakes (not too sweet) and believe that the more natural ingredients (and the fewer chemicals) you put in your body the better! :) Having said that, we will add artificial food dye to create certain colours upon request.
