About Skillseed
Skillseed is a Singaporean Social Enterprise labouring alongside our stakeholders to build collaborative communities of deep trust through experiential community engagement & capability building programmes. We distill insights from journeying with different communities, into experiential learning curricula that amplifies the partnerships and engagement capabilities of our stakeholders. These include government leaders, corporate stewards, teachers, youths, social workers and more. Our community and capability-building efforts contribute towards the accomplishment of UNSDG goals No. 4 (Quality Education for all), No. 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and No. 17 (Partnerships for the goals)

Resilience Trails™
Resilience Trails™ is Skillseed’s non-profit and social impact programme designed to empower under-resourced families by equipping them with the skills and confidence to become Community Guides. These guided trails take participants through local neighborhoods, offering firsthand insights into real-world challenges, community resilience, and social innovation.
Capability Building Programmes in Trust and Community Building
Our capability programmes/training workshops are a way to amplify our impact where we help leaders become more impactful, relational and ultimately, more trusted in their respective capacities and communities through experiential learning.
Social Innovation Toolkit
We offer a Social Innovation Toolkit, that empowers participants to design projects that are more effective, mutually empowering and ultimately sustainable. Coupled with our Human-Centered Leadership and Community Engagement Toolkit, we share our best practices on engaging stakeholders in a dignified and respectful manner.
