Safe Water Gardens (“SWG”) is a Singapore-headquartered initiative.
Our aim: Provide safe water and sanitation for every (sub) tropical village family for under SG$500 per family

• Created in a public-private partnership, the Safe Water Garden (SWG) was certified as a safe sanitation system by the Indonesian government in 2019, making it officially the world’s cheapest sanitation system

• Invited by the UN to exhibit at the 2023 UN Water Conference in New York as one of only six 
examples of scalable WASH innovations 

• Named as one of the winners of Temasek Trust’s SL 25 award honouring Steward Leadership Excellence in the Asia-Pacific 

• Featured as one of 70+ solutions from 40+ countries to speed up and scale impact on Co-Axis.
