Products & Services
Our group fitness classes focus on building strength, mobility and skills through functional training using bodyweight and equipment. Our classes are suitable for everyone regardless of age and experience. We also offer personal training for clients who prefer a personalized training program that fits their needs and keeps them accountable. We offer corporate fitness classes and fitness workshops in areas of fitness, nutrition and mental-wellbeing.
As a social enterprise, we offer subsidized fitness programs for youths and elderly from less privileged backgrounds. We understand that the needs of social service agencies and their beneficiaries are diverse. We are committed to fostering a collaborative approach and are open to customizing our fitness programs to effectively meet the specific needs and goals of your clients. We can achieve this through:
1) Needs Assessment: We can work with your team to conduct a preliminary needs assessment to identify the specific fitness goals and limitations of your beneficiaries. This assessment can consider factors like age, fitness level, physical limitations, and any particular health concerns.
2) Program Modifications: Based on the needs assessment, we can tailor our existing programs or even design new ones that are more suitable for your beneficiaries. This could involve modifications to the intensity level, duration, types of exercises, or even the overall format (individual or group sessions).
3) Integration with Existing Services: We are open to exploring ways to integrate our programs seamlessly with the existing services you offer your beneficiaries. This could involve scheduling sessions on-site, collaborating with your staff on program delivery, or providing resources that complement your existing services.
